The Question That Started It All
Let’s take it back to 2019.
I was a junior at Kean University, sitting in an entrepreneurship class, when my professor asked a simple but powerful question:
“What did you want to be as a kid? And what are you studying now?”
That question cracked something open in me. It reminded me of a dream I’d buried — a dream to inspire and empower others through beauty, self-expression, and community.
From Blog to Beauty Brand
After that class, I started having conversations with friends, family, and peers. Their encouragement pushed me to dig deeper into my purpose. With their guidance, I found the resources to launch Love Every Flaw — originally a blog dedicated to embracing your so-called “flaws” and sharing tips on emotional intelligence and beauty.
What began as blog posts and honest conversations quickly evolved. People didn’t just want beauty tips — they wanted a community. A place where they could feel seen, heard, and celebrated.

Over time, Love Every Flaw transformed into LEF Beauty — a brand dedicated to helping “beauties” feel confident in their authentic selves while giving them tools to continue their self-care journey.
